The contract for using NursesQuest
Terms of Service
Last updated September 7, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding contract between you and NursesQuest (“NursesQuest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, visiting the site, starting a trial or sample, or purchasing a path, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the Children’s Privacy notice, and the Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not buy access. Purchases are for digital educational content and are final as described below and in the Refund Policy.
2. Who may use the service
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 17, you may only use NursesQuest with a parent or legal guardian’s consent, and that adult is responsible for your use.
You must be at least 18 years old, and have legal capacity to enter a contract, to purchase a path. We collect billing identity on every order so we can verify who bought access.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your password confidential.
3. What we sell
NursesQuest sells time-limited digital access to original nursing-education study tools: practice questions, rationales, study guides, custom exams, a book library on Premium, progress tracking, and related studio features. Current catalog prices (USD) are:
Basic Plan — $79 for 30 days of access.
Premium Plan — $159 for 90 days of access, including book rental and book requests.
The Full Library of rentable titles is included with Premium. Access starts when the order is placed. The stated period is calendar time from that moment, not hours of study. Prices on the pricing page at checkout control if they differ from this list at the time you pay.
4. All sales are final
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because this is digital content and studio access is granted immediately, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, credits, or prorated unused time, except where a law that cannot be waived requires otherwise.
You acknowledge this on the checkout screen before you place an order. Changing your mind, failing an exam, unused access, buying the wrong path, sharing an account, or being unsatisfied with a score are not grounds for a refund.
See the Refund Policy for the full rule, including chargebacks.
5. License, not ownership
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the content for your own study during the access period of a valid purchase or a free sample we choose to offer.
Premium book rentals are a license to read in the browser during your Premium access period. You do not own the file. Downloads are not offered. You may not copy, redistribute, print for sale, or share a rental outside your account. Access ends when the plan ends.
You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, publish, resell, or feed our questions, rationales, or guides into another product, class, or model. You may not share login credentials. One person, one account, one live session — signing in on a new device signs the others out.
6. Educational use only — no exam guarantee
NursesQuest is an independent study aid. It is not a school, not a licensing board, and not a substitute for an accredited nursing program, clinical training, or official examination.
We do not guarantee that you will pass TEAS, HESI, ATI, or any course, exit, or certification exam. Outcomes depend on your preparation, your program, and the official test.
Do not use NursesQuest during any proctored or official exam. Doing so may violate your school’s or board’s academic-integrity rules and can be grounds for discipline by those bodies. We will cooperate with lawful requests.
7. Trademarks and independence
NCLEX-RN® and NCLEX-PN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN). ATI is a trademark of Assessment Technologies Institute. HESI is associated with Elsevier. Kaplan is a trademark of its owner.
NursesQuest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCSBN, ATI, Elsevier, HESI, Kaplan, or any state board of nursing. Practice items are original NursesQuest content written for study. They are not live exam items.
8. Acceptable use
You will not: attempt to hack, scrape, or overload the service; upload malware; harass other users; impersonate anyone; reverse engineer the item bank; use the service if we have suspended you; or buy access for someone else and then demand a refund.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, including after a chargeback on a completed digital order.
9. Accounts and data
You may export study progress and request account deletion from the Account page. Deletion removes or de-identifies personal data we control, except records we must keep for tax, fraud, or legal reasons (including order receipts and the “all sales are final” acknowledgements).
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NURSESQUEST DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every item will match any third-party exam blueprint.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NURSESQUEST AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR EXAM FAILURE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR A PURCHASE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NURSESQUEST FOR THE PATH GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold NursesQuest harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any school, board, or exam-security rule.
13. Disputes
Before filing a claim, email legal@nursesquest.com and give us 30 days to resolve it. If we cannot, the claim will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court.
YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by writing to legal@nursesquest.com with the subject “Arbitration opt-out.”
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes to paid access already purchased will not reduce the remaining time you already paid for.
15. Contact
