Refund Policy — All Sales Final

All sales are final

Every NursesQuest path is a digital good. When you place an order, studio access is turned on immediately. For that reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not issue refunds, returns, exchanges, store credit, or prorated refunds for unused days, unused questions, a change of major, a dropped course, an exam you failed, a path you bought by mistake, or a decision to study elsewhere.

What you confirm at checkout

The checkout form requires four acknowledgements before we will take the order: (1) you are at least 18 and authorized to buy; (2) you agree to the Terms of Service; (3) you agree to the Privacy Policy; (4) you understand that all sales are final and you will not receive a refund.

Those checkboxes, your billing identity, and the receipt are the record of the sale.

Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute after you received digital access is a breach of these terms. We will provide the processor with the order, billing identity, IP/session evidence, and your all-sales-final acknowledgement. We may close the account.

Where the law requires otherwise

If a consumer-protection statute that cannot be waived requires a cooling-off period or a refund in your jurisdiction, we will comply with that statute and only that statute. Tell us in writing at legal@nursesquest.com within the statutory window, with the order ID from your receipt.

Nothing in this policy is a promise of a refund where the law does not require one.

Defects

If a paid path cannot be accessed because of a defect entirely on our side, contact us. We may restore access or, if we cannot reasonably deliver the path, issue a remedy required by law. Preference differences and exam outcomes are not defects.

Prices

Basic Plan $79 / 30 days. Premium Plan $159 / 90 days (includes book rental and requests). Taxes may apply. The amount on your receipt is the amount due.
